Tua Björklund
Tua has worked as a researcher since 2007, when she joined the Future Lab of Product Design (FLPD) project. Her work focuses on fostering development and expertise in organizations and education, based on a cognitive-motivational perspective.
Tua has a MA degree in cognitive science from the University of Helsinki, and she is working on her dissertation on the threshold for implementation, and proactive, entrepreneurial behavior (Work psychology, Aalto University School of Technology and Science).
