Senni Kirjavainen
Research assistant
After working in spatial design at the the Future Lab of Product Design (FLPD) project and at the Design Factory, Senni began her research in 2009. Her work focuses on how leadership can promote proactivity and psychological ownership.
Senni has a BA degree in industrial design from the University of Art and Design Helsinki, and she is currently working on her Master’s thesis on design idea development processes.
